Foundation Options
We offer our customers two foundation options: precast concrete wall panels and 8″ solid core insulated concrete form walls. Additionally, we provide concrete floors and pads in standard options, with the flexibility to include radiant preparation or color enhancements.
Precast Concrete Foundation Walls
Precast concrete wall panels are engineered using high-strength concrete and come pre-insulated with galvanized steel studs, ensuring they are ready for drywall installation. The Superior Walls Xi walls deliver an R-value of 12.5, and the upgraded Xi+ walls boast an impressive R-value of 25; you can trust that you’re making a smart investment in energy efficiency and durability for your building project. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s)
The 8″ solid core insulated concrete forms (ICF’s) feature 2.5″ of insulated styrofoam on both the inside and exterior of the poured wall. The addition of rebar, placed both vertically and horizontally, greatly enhances the strength of this foundation, making it an outstanding option. These forms are pre-studded and ready for drywall installation, offering a potential R-value of 50. While they may come at a higher price point, they are the ideal choice for specific projects.

Concrete
We specialize in pouring and finishing concrete floors, slabs, and pads. Our services can include preparation for in-floor radiant heat or adding color to your concrete. Other options we offer include reinforcement wire, fiber, calcium, and various finishes such as brushed or polished.
